Oberst (Colonel) Helmut Koch is one of the leaders of the Thor's Hammer Organization and a secondary antagonist of Silent Storm alongside Major Alfred Newhouse.

He is a German colonel secretly working for Thor's Hammer, his code name is Heimdall, probably due to being the one in charge of providing intelligence from within the Axis while Newhouse, his allied counterpart inside the allies is named Loki.
He appears in the mission German Manor.
